If you have been to Yaba market, you will know how common itis for traders to harass prospective customers – especially women. They grab them, caress them and sometimes go as far as molesting them and despite the fact that women have always complained, they have not stopped. Inspired by these, a Twitter user @OmogeDami started the market march to sensitize traders and hangers-on on why it is wrong to touch people without their consent.
It was a success, but some men decided that their constitutional right was being impeded on, and the following happened.
