Most Streamed Songs in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa

What a year 2019 has been for Nigerian music, with the back to back hits, there was barely any time to catch your breath. Nigerian music grew in quality and influence, streaming numbers grew even bigger, and our artists became more revered around the world.

While there were a barrage of of great music, some however stood out more than the others, caught bigger attention, and receivedmore airplays and streams. As customary, Apple Music has released it’s report card for the most streamed songs in Sub-Saharan Africa, in 2019. Rather than surprises, the list confirms what is already open knowledge, with Burna Boy dominating with five songs.
