Big Brother Naija Nominations – How the housemates voted and why

Big Brother Naija

Last time we were here, we talked about Uriel’s eviction and Kemen’s disqualification from the Big Brother Naija house. Since there were no evictions last Sunday, there wasn’t a lot to talk about the live show that had a laughable performance by ex housemate – Tayo Faniran and a not so impressive one by Iyanya. But after Bassey won the Head of House task earlier in the day, live nominations happened yesterday and this is how the housemates nominated.

  1. Bassey nominated:

  • TBoss, because he felt that last week she threw some jabs at people and was not ready to take them back. He also thought that she was full of herself
  • Bally, because he hadn’t been put up for Eviction before and it would be nice for him to “feel the heat.”
  1. Marvis nominated:

  • TTT, because he is competition
  • TBoss, because she is competition.
  1. ThinTallTony

  • Bally, because he hadn’t been up for Nomination before
  • Efe, no reason
  1. Debbie-Rise

  • Bally, because he hadn’t been up for Nomination before
  • TTT, because he hadn’t been up for Nomination for a while.
  1. Efe

  • TBoss, because she was manipulative
  • TTT, because he felt that TTT always nominated him
  1. TBoss

  • Efe, because it is a game and she is sure he nominated her
  • Marvis, same as above
  1. Bally

  • TTT, because he is a threat to his game
  • TBoss, same as above
  1. Bisola

  • Debbie-Rise, incoherent reason
  • TBoss, because she is next in line for her vote

After all the housemates voted, Bally, TBoss and TTT had the highest nominations, so Biggie asked Bassey to save and replace one of them. Bassey saved Bally (who had pled with him to save him earlier in the day), and replaced him with Efe.

Marvis – who had a power card – was then given 30 seconds to add anyone of the housemates to the eviction list, and she chose Debbie-Rise.

So, this week, at least one of these four persons will go home – TTT, TBoss, Efe and Debbie-Rise. Who are you saving? Who is going home?
