Davido is no doubt the most active artist in 2018 with a long list of jams and accolades attached to his name. Aside that, he has been active in various activities: He lunched a mega campaign for his uncle ( Senator Ademola Adeleke ) who was running for governor. Despite his celebrity life style, he enrolled to serve the nation this year. Last year on stage he made a promise about lifting others and he very well fulfilled his promise with his crew DMW producing some of the best upcoming artist and trending hit songs. He won an award in BET for “best international” act in Nigeria and he went home with the award “Artist of the year” at the AFRIMA award 2018. Well how about we take a look at his songs this year. - Flora My Flawa
Davido started off the year giving us an emotional and loved up track. The official video went viral, hitting with 1 million views in 48 hours on YouTube. But is now over 3 million views and counting. - Assurance
Davido released Assurance on the 1st of may 2018. Although the fans reacted with mixed feelings, the track went viral on like Flora my Flawa. He showed a lot of PDA with his girlfriend, Chioma, proclaiming his love for her. - Nwa Baby
The DMW boss Davido dropped yet hit track in August, Nwa baby. Although this was no match for assurance it went viral quite instantly as it dropped. The visual was directed my Demi Alabi and it was quite catchy and creative. - Wonder Woman
I guess this year is all about love for Davido but this track was kind off spectacular from his previous songs. Wonder woman was made to celebrate strong women who went through thick and thin to excel in life some of which he featured in the official music video, the likes of: Uche Pedro, Kaffy, Chioma and lots more.
