The new rave is the Whistleblowing initiative by the Federal Government, where one is given a percentage of sums recovered from corrupt people. After huge sums of money was recovered in Ikoyi, we, in our usual fashion, turned it to jokes, and the governor of Rivers State gave us this wonderful meme.
