6. Eko Black Pearl Tower – 113m (371ft)
The Eko Pearl Towers are complexes consisting of five residential towers in the Eko Atlantic. The Black Pearl residential tower is a 24-floor apartment containing 120 apartments.
5. WTC Tower 2 – 120m (390ft)
Tower 2 is an office space and it is sometimes referred to as ‘Abuja’s only Grade-A office Space’. The 25-floor commercial building is made up of office spaces that range from 130 square meters to 1,440 square meters. It is the tallest building in the FCT and was completed in 2016.
