Diana Armstrong from Minnesota, USA holds the record for the longest fingernails on a pair of hands (female) and the longest fingernails on a pair of hands in history (female).
Diana’s fingernails measure 1,306.58 cm (42 ft 10.4 in) as of March 13, 2022, which is longer than a regular yellow school bus!
Diana has been growing her nails for more than 25 years.Her right thumbnail is the longest of her nails, measuring 138.94 cm (4 feet, 6.7 inches). In comparison, her tiny nail (her left pinky fingernail) is 109.2 cm (3 feet 7 inches) long.You must be wondering how she does stuff and how does a person feel comfortable with a nail that long well it’s something that i’ll always wonder about.
2. Most Cloth Pegs Clipped to the Face
Now this is absolutely crazy how does a person even think of something like this , well meet Jacob Hillhouse (Canada), in Duncan, British Columbia, Canada on the 7 of December 2023 Jacob achieved the world record for for most clothes pegs clipped to the face in one minute, he clipped a total of 52 pegs to his face Jacob successfully achieved this record with 52 clothes pegs, a record that has not been broken since December of 201.
3. Largest Ball of Human Hair
Imagine hearing a person was gathering hair from his clients hair cut as a Nigerian our first thought would be ‘haew’ this man wants to take away my glory or wants to join it with that of others well there is a man who collected hair from his clients in order to achieve the guiness world record of largest hairball of human hair. Ripley’s Believe It or Not! (USA) in Orlando, Florida, USA, on 13 December 2021, created The largest ball of human hair which weighs 102.12 kg (225.13 lbs). This ball of human hair, nicknamed Hoss, was more than 25 kg (55 lbs) heavier than the last ball of hair.
4. Fastest Time to Eat a Bowl of Pasta
Back then our parents would say eat your food slowly so you don’t choke or the food doesn’t go through the wrong pipe ,but here’s someone is is slurping down a bowl of pasta in seconds, meet Leah Shutkever (UK) from London, who attempted the Guiness world record for the fastest time to eat a bowl of pasta on the 3 of august 2023. She finished the bowl of pasta in 17.03 seconds.
5. Most Watermelons Smashed with the Head in One Minute
Haa.. My head, my precious head… I can only think about what it most feels like to engage in something as dangerous as using the head to smash a bunch of watermelons, with or without a helmet I do not see myself as someone who is brave enough to perform such. Well that is why we have some courageous and brave humans, Ronald Sarchian (USA) in Van Nuys, California, USA broke the Guinness world Record of the most smashed watermelons with the head in one minute on the 30 of august 2020, he smashed 70 watermelons with his head in one minute.
6. Fastest 100m on All Fours
Meet Colin McClure (USA) who achieved the record as the fastest 100 m running on all fours being 15.66 seconds. He recorded the record at Malone University Track and Field (Hazen Field). After setting this record, he attempted (and won) the quickest 50-meter run on all fours (backwards) in 16.19 seconds. He discovered these record titles after watching movies online, and he realized he had the natural ability to accomplish them.
7. Most Tattoos of the Same Cartoon Character
Having a tattoo is already a forbidden thing in some Nigerian households. Imagine now getting about 50 of the same tattoo omoo… A lot of our Nigerian Parents would finish us. Lee Weir (New Zealand) in West Auckland attempted this record on the 29 of October 2020, he has the most tattoos of the same cartoon character tattooed on the body which is 55, Lee, as the record’s initial holder, was driven to reclaim the title from the previous holder. He added 14 tattoos before claiming the title again.
