PLAYLIST’D: New Music Friday — The Lists NG Top 10

Another week, another rotation refresh. From emotional Afrobeats to smooth collaborations and UK rap energy, this week’s Playlist’d is stacked with songs you’ll definitely hear everywhere soon.

Let’s get into LISTS NG’s Top 10.

1. Omah Lay – Don’t Love Me

Omah Lay returns to his heartbreak bag and honestly, nobody does vulnerable Afrobeats quite like him. “Don’t Love Me” feels intimate, moody and instantly replay-worthy. If late-night drives had a soundtrack, this would be track one.

2.  Terry Apala & Mavo – Apaladisskizzy

Street rhythm meets Apala energy. Terry Apala brings his signature bounce while Mavo adds fresh sauce, creating a track that feels built for parties and weekend speakers.

3. Shoday – Hybrid (Album)

Shoday drops a full body of work and it’s clear he’s experimenting with sound and identity. Hybrid blends Afrobeats, street pop and melody in a way that shows range and growth. Definitely an album to explore this weekend.

4. Wande Coal x Qing Madi – Dearly

A soft, soulful link-up we didn’t know we needed. Wande Coal’s timeless vocals meet Qing Madi’s sweet tone for a love song that feels gentle, warm and easy to fall into.

5. DJ Tunez, Khaid, Kemuel & DaeColm – Stingy

This is a proper collaboration record. Smooth, catchy and radio-ready. Each artiste brings a different flavour, making this the kind of track that sticks after one listen.

6. L.A.X – Fine Wine

L.A.X never misses when it comes to feel-good Afrobeats. “Fine Wine” is smooth, flirty and perfect for day parties, beach playlists and soft life moments.

7. Skiibii & Oxlade – Shino

Two melody kings on one track? Yes please. “Shino” is playful, catchy and full of the vocal runs we love from Oxlade paired with Skiibii’s easy vibe.

8. Rybeena ft. Bhadboi OML – Realize

Street pop meets emotional storytelling. This one hits that reflective mood while still being catchy enough to sing along to.

9. Illbliss – Kpowai

Rap heads, this one is for you. Illbliss brings authority, lyricism and veteran presence. “Kpowai” feels bold, confident and unapologetically hip-hop.

10. J Hus & Marnz Malone – Splashin

UK rap energy closes the list strong. J Hus and Marnz Malone deliver a gritty, confident record that adds international flavour to this week’s rotation.

Other Notable Drops:

Erigga – Pour The World

Muyeez – 17

JOBLAQ x SAMAD – many things

That’s it for this week’s rotation.
